Funnels in LeadMagicX help you organize your leads into structured pipelines. Each funnel represents a workflow — from first contact to conversion — so you always know where every lead stands.
A funnel is a series of stages that a lead moves through over time. For example, a simple prospecting funnel might look like:
- New Lead — Just added, no outreach yet.
- Contacted — You’ve sent them a message.
- Interested — They’ve responded positively.
- Booked — A call or meeting is scheduled.
- Closed — They’ve become a customer.
You can create as many funnels as you need for different purposes (prospecting, recruiting, follow-ups, etc.).
- Open Facebook Messenger in your browser with the LeadMagicX Chrome extension active.
- Click the LeadMagicX icon to open the sidebar.
- Navigate to the Funnels section.
- Click Create Funnel (or the + button).
- Enter a Funnel Name — Choose something descriptive (e.g., “Cold Outreach”, “Team Recruiting”).
- Add your Stages — Define each step a lead will move through (see Working with Funnel Stages for details).
- Click Save to create your funnel.
From the Funnels section in the sidebar, you’ll see a list of all your funnels. Each funnel shows:
- Funnel name
- Number of stages
- Number of contacts currently in the funnel
- Open the funnel you want to edit.
- Click the Edit or Settings icon.
- Update the funnel name or modify its stages.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- Open the funnel you want to remove.
- Click the Delete or Trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: Deleting a funnel does not delete the contacts in it — they remain in your contact list.
- Open a contact’s profile in LeadMagicX.
- Select the Funnel dropdown.
- Choose the funnel you want to assign them to.
- Select the starting Stage for the contact.
- The contact will now appear in that funnel’s pipeline view.
You can also assign contacts during import or move them between funnels at any time.
- Start with one or two funnels and expand as your workflow grows.
- Name your funnels based on the goal (e.g., “Product Launch”, “Warm Market”) so they’re easy to find.
- Review your funnels regularly to move stale leads forward or archive them.
