Forgot your password? No problem — you can reset it in three quick steps.
- Go to the LeadMagicX login page.
- Click “Forgot password” below the sign-in form.
- Enter the Email address associated with your account.
- Click “Next”.
- Check your email inbox for a message from LeadMagicX containing a confirmation code.
- Enter the Code in the field provided.
- Click “Next”.
- Enter your new Password.
- Re-enter it in the Confirm password field.
- Click “Reset”.
You’ll be taken back to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation email within a minute or two.
- Make sure your new password and confirmation match exactly — you’ll see a “Passwords should be equal” message if they don’t.
- You can click “Back” at any step to go to the previous screen.
