Message templates let you save and reuse your best messages so you can reach out to leads faster — no more copy-and-paste.
A message template is a pre-written message that you can send to any contact with a single click. Templates are perfect for:
- Initial outreach — Have your intro message ready to go.
- Follow-ups — Send consistent follow-up messages without retyping.
- Common responses — Save answers to frequently asked questions.
- Invitations — Quickly invite contacts to events, groups, or calls.
- Open Facebook Messenger in your browser with the LeadMagicX Chrome extension active.
- Click the LeadMagicX icon to open the sidebar.
- Navigate to the Templates section.
- Click Create Template (or the + button).
- Enter a Template Name — Choose something you’ll recognize quickly (e.g., “Cold Intro”, “Follow Up #1”, “Event Invite”).
- Write your Message Body — Type the message you want to reuse.
- Click Save.
- Open a conversation with a contact in Messenger.
- In the LeadMagicX sidebar, click the Templates icon or navigate to Templates.
- Select the template you want to use.
- The message will be inserted into the Messenger input field.
- Review the message, personalize it if needed, and hit Send.
- Go to the Templates section.
- Click the Edit icon next to the template you want to change.
- Update the name or message body.
- Click Save.
- Go to the Templates section.
- Click the Delete or Trash icon next to the template.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Create templates for each stage of your funnel — one for first contact, one for follow-up, one for booking, etc.
- Keep messages short and conversational — templates that sound personal perform better.
- Review and update your templates regularly based on what’s getting the best responses.
- Have at least 3–5 templates ready before you start outreach so you can move quickly.
