The Interaction Logs page gives you a detailed view of every interaction between LeadMagicX and LeadMagicX CRM.
You’ll be taken to the LeadMagicX CRM Interaction Logs page.
Each row in the table shows one interaction with these columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the interaction happened. |
| Type | Either “Action” (from LeadMagicX CRM) or “Trigger” (to LeadMagicX CRM). |
| Subtype | What kind of interaction it was (Send Message, Reply to Post, or FB Group Joined). |
| Status | Whether it’s Pending, Success, or Failed. |
| Contact | The contact ID associated with the interaction. |
| Error | Shows error information if the interaction failed. |
Click on any row to expand it and see additional details:
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down what you see:
Click “Reset” to clear all filters and show everything again.
At the bottom of the page, use the “Per page” dropdown to choose how many entries to show at once: 10, 20, or 50.
Use the page navigation buttons (<<, <, >, >>) to move between pages. The current position is shown as “Showing X-Y of Z”.
Click “← Back to Dashboard” at the top of the page to return to your main dashboard.
