When LeadMagicX and LeadMagicX CRM are connected, they exchange information automatically. Here’s what the different interaction types mean.
There are two main types of interactions:
These are actions that LeadMagicX CRM sends to LeadMagicX. When something happens in your LeadMagicX CRM workflows, it tells LeadMagicX to do something. In the logs, these appear with the label “Action”.
These are triggers that LeadMagicX sends to LeadMagicX CRM. When something happens in LeadMagicX, it notifies LeadMagicX CRM so your workflows can respond. In the logs, these appear with the label “Trigger”.
Each interaction also has a subtype that tells you exactly what happened:
| Subtype | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Send Message | A message was sent to a contact. |
| Reply to Post | A reply was posted in response to a post. |
| FB Group Joined | A contact joined a Facebook group. |
Every interaction has one of three statuses:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The interaction is still being processed. |
| Success | The interaction completed successfully. |
| Failed | Something went wrong. Check the error details in the logs for more info. |
All interactions are visible on the LeadMagicX CRM Interaction Logs page. See Viewing & Filtering Your Interaction Logs for how to access and filter them.
