¶ How to Install and Log In to the LeadMagicX Chrome Extension
Hey guys! In this video, I’m going to show you how you can install and log in to LeadMagicX. This is the Chrome browser extension that powers your social media prospecting directly from Facebook Messenger.
- Open your Chrome browser and go to LeadMagicX.com/install.
- This will automatically redirect you to the Chrome Web Store, pointing directly to the LeadMagicX plug-in.
- Click the “Add to Chrome” button.
- When prompted, click the “Add Extension” button to confirm.
- Chrome will install LeadMagicX to your browser. You should see a confirmation message that LeadMagicX has been added.
Here’s an important tip — Chrome will automatically hide any newly installed extension by default. To keep LeadMagicX visible and easily accessible:
- Click on the puzzle icon (🧩) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser. This is the Extensions menu.
- Find LeadMagicX in the list.
- Click the pin icon next to it.
- The LeadMagicX icon will now always show up in your browser toolbar for quick access.
- Click on the LeadMagicX icon in your browser toolbar.
- You will be prompted to enter your email and password.
- If you haven’t already, check your email inbox — you should have received a welcome email with the subject line “Here’s your LeadMagicX login” containing your credentials.
- Enter your email and password, then click “Sign In”.
💡 Tip: If you don’t have your login email or need to change your password, simply use the “Forgot Password” feature on the sign-in screen.
After signing in, you will see the LeadMagicX menu appear, confirming you are logged in successfully.
The next step is to navigate to Messenger.com, because this is where you’ll see LeadMagicX in action.
- Go to Messenger.com in your Chrome browser.
- If LeadMagicX is installed correctly, you should see the LeadMagicX icon appearing next to each contact’s name in your Messenger conversations.
- This confirms that the extension is working properly.
Once you’ve verified the installation:
- You can click the LeadMagicX icon next to any contact’s name to start adding people to your funnel or stage.
- From here, you can begin to organize and automate your social media prospecting.

- Can’t see the LeadMagicX icon in the toolbar? Make sure you’ve pinned it using the puzzle icon (Step 3).
- Didn’t receive your login email? Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset.
- Sign-in error? Double-check that you’ve typed your email address correctly — typos happen to the best of us!
- Icon not showing on Messenger.com? Try refreshing the Messenger page. If it still doesn’t appear, try disabling and re-enabling the extension, or reinstalling it.
