If you no longer need the LeadMagicX CRM integration, you can disable it at any time.
- Log in to your LeadMagicX dashboard.
- Find the Integrations section on the left side of your dashboard.
- Toggle the switch next to “LeadMagicX CRM” to the off position.
The integration will be disabled immediately.
- LeadMagicX will stop receiving actions from LeadMagicX CRM.
- LeadMagicX will stop sending triggers to LeadMagicX CRM.
- The “View Interaction Logs →” link will no longer appear in the Integrations section.
- Your past interaction logs are still stored — if you re-enable the integration later, you’ll be able to see your previous log history.
You can turn the integration back on at any time by toggling the switch again. You’ll go through the authorization process once more to reconnect your LeadMagicX CRM account.
