¶ How to Use
¶ For Store Owners:
Setting Up a Digital Product :
- Go to: Payments > Products and set up your desired product.
- Now, Navigate to Payments > Inventory Tab and select the particular product. Under Shipping and Delivery , choose “Digital” as the product type.
- Use the Click to Upload option to add the digital files. You can upload up to 10 files (100 MB max per file). Formore files, create a ZIP file under 100 MB.
- Save after uploading files.
Digital Products Delivery Options
Option 1: Setting Up the delivery of digital products through Email :
- Enable the “Order Confirmation Email” toggle in Payments > Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications to ensure digital products are delivered via email.
- After checkout, an Order Confirmation Email with an “Access Downloads” button will be sent.
- Clicking this button directs the customer to the Customer Access Center, where they’ll log in using an OTP sent to their email.
Option 2: Download Button for Digital Products on Thank You Page
Add a download button for digital products directly on the Thank You page, allowing customers to easily access and download their purchases immediately after completing an order.
- Go to the store settings, edit the Thank You page, enable the “Download Digital Products” toggle, and customize the button’s text and colors. Once done, save and publish the changes.
Please note that a connected domain is required, and the default page must link to a store page for the button to work.
¶ For Customers:
Purchasing and Receiving Your Digital Product :
- Customers can browse and select the digital product from the store catalog, add it to their cart, and complete the purchase by proceeding through the checkout process with an available online payment method (excluding COD).
- Automated fulfillment of digital products:
Accessing Downloads via Unique URL :
- Customers can also access their digital downloads directly via: /store/account/orders (e.g., myawesomestore.com/store/account/orders).
