Question: What type of URL should I use for importing?
Answer: You should use the Live URL (https://) of the funnel step page. The Share URL is not supported for import.
Question: Can I import multiple pages at once?
Answer: No, the import process supports only one ClickFunnels page at a time.
Question: What should I do if my import fails?
Answer: Ensure that you are using the Live URL and not the Share URL. Double-check the URL format and try importing again. If issues persist, consult support for further assistance.
Question: Can I edit the imported funnel page after import?
Answer: Yes, once the funnel page is imported, you can edit and customize it as needed within your new platform.
Question: Will all my ClickFunnels page elements be preserved during the import?
Answer: Most elements should be preserved, but some formatting or functionality may need adjustments. Review the imported page and make any necessary edits.
Question: What happens if an element is unsupported?
Answer: Unsupported elements won’t appear after import. You can manually add similar elements in LeadMagicX if needed.
Question: Can I import both Classic and 2.0 ClickFunnels pages?
Answer: Yes, both versions are supported.
Question: If I have a video on my page, will the video file be moved to my Media Library?
Answer: The importer will bring over the Video Element and the link (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo URL). It does not download the video file itself. Your video will still play from its original hosting source.
Question: Why can’t I use the “Share URL” to import my funnel?
Answer: A Share URL is a proprietary link designed to work only within its original ecosystem. To “read” the design and structure of your page, our importer requires the Live URL (the actual web address where your page is visible to the public). This allows the system to accurately map the HTML and CSS elements to our builder.
