When you first sign in, the platform walks you through a quick, guided setup so your content tools are personalized from the start. You’ll choose your business type, chat with Sarah (your AI setup guide), and have your core profiles created automatically.
Skipping setup means the AI has no context about your brand. Completing onboarding gives you a Digital ID (your brand voice), an Ideal Customer Avatar, and even your first Reel script — all within a few minutes.
Enter your name. The first screen asks for your first and last name so Sarah knows what to call you.
Choose your business type. Pick the category that best describes your business:
Chat with Sarah. Sarah, your AI onboarding guide, opens a friendly chat conversation. She asks short questions about your business, audience, and communication style. You can type freely or tap the quick-reply buttons she offers.
Provide a website (optional). If you have a website, paste the URL and Sarah will scan it to pre-fill some of your profile details. You can skip this step if you prefer.
Review what was created. After the conversation, the platform automatically generates:
Head to the Dashboard. You’re now set up. All the tools in the sidebar are personalized with the context you provided.
