The Story Bank is your personal library of stories — experiences, lessons, wins, and challenges that the AI can reference when generating content. Stories make your content authentic and relatable.
Generic content doesn’t connect. When the AI can pull from your real stories, it creates posts, emails, and scripts that sound genuinely like you and resonate with your audience.
- Open Story Bank from the sidebar.
- Click the AI Chat tab (or the chat icon).
- Optionally select an Avatar and Persona to guide the conversation.
- Start chatting — tell the AI about an experience, and it will ask follow-up questions to draw out the full story.
- When the story is complete, the AI saves it automatically with a title, summary, and category.
- Your conversation is auto-saved, so you can close and come back later.
- Upload a document to the Knowledge Base (see the Knowledge Base article).
- On any uploaded document, click the Scan for Stories option.
- The AI reads through the document and extracts any stories it finds.
- Extracted stories appear in your Story Bank with a “document” source tag.
- In the Story Bank, click Add Story (the + button).
- Fill in the details:
- Title — A short name for the story
- Content — The full story text
- Summary — A brief overview
- Category — Personal, Professional, Achievement, Challenge, etc.
- Tags — Add custom tags for easy searching
- Click Save.
- Click Scan for Person Names to automatically detect people mentioned in your stories.
- The system shows detected names and lets you expand short names to full names (e.g., “Chris” to “Chris Smith”).
- Click Apply Tags to add person tags across all matching stories.
- Filter stories by person tag to find every story that mentions a specific person.
- Use the search bar and category/source filters to quickly find stories.
- Stories can be edited or deleted at any time using the three-dot menu on each card.
- The more stories you add, the richer and more personal your AI-generated content becomes.
