Editing your Digital IDs is a crucial step to ensure the AI continues to generate content that sounds authentically like you, enhancing connection and engagement.
- First, log in to your LeadMagicX dashboard.
- Navigate to the Intelligence Hub using the menu on the left-hand side.
- Click on Digital ID.
- You will see a list of your existing Digital IDs.
- Locate the specific Digital ID you wish to edit.
- Click on the View Style Guide button associated with that ID.
- On the right-hand side of the Style Guide view, you will find an Edit button. Click this to begin making changes.
Once you’ve clicked Edit, you can modify various aspects of your Digital ID:
- Language and Vocabulary: You can add new terms, phrases, or specific vocabulary that you use frequently. Conversely, you can also remove words or phrases that you don’t want the AI to use.
- Explicit Instructions: Provide more detailed instructions. For example, you can specify how you prefer emojis to be used (or not used), the desired tone for certain types of content, or specific formatting preferences.
- General Tweaks: Make any other adjustments needed to better reflect your current voice and communication style.
- After you have made all the desired modifications, scroll to the bottom right-hand corner of the editing screen.
- Click on the Save Changes button.
As soon as you hit “Save Changes,” the LeadMagicX AI system will begin to incorporate these updates. Any new content generated using this Digital ID will now reflect the modifications you’ve made.
