The 10x10 Reels Matrix crosses 10 audience problems with 10 solution angles to generate 100 unique Reel (short video) ideas. Each idea includes a hook, outcome, call-to-action, virality score, and H.O.T. script outline.
Coming up with 100 video ideas manually would take hours. The matrix gives you a month’s worth of Reel content in minutes, scored by how likely each idea is to go viral.
- Open 10x10 Reels Matrix from the sidebar (under Content).
- Give your matrix a name (e.g., “Q1 Reels Ideas”).
- Select an Avatar, Digital ID (Persona), and Target Market to personalize the ideas.
- Click Generate Matrix.
- A progress bar shows the generation stages — this usually takes 1–2 minutes.
- When finished, your 100 ideas appear in a grid.
- Each cell in the grid represents one idea at the intersection of a problem and a solution.
- Ideas show a virality score (higher is better) — look for the flame icons on high-scoring ideas.
- Click any idea to open the detail modal, which shows:
- Hook — The attention-grabbing opening line
- Outcome — What the viewer will learn or gain
- Call-to-Action — What you want the viewer to do next
- Concept — The creative approach
- Suggested Format & Length
- Score Breakdown — Emotional trigger, relatability, shareability, hook stopping power, and actionability
