Think of this as a more “intelligent” version of ChatGPT that is specific to your business.
- Build Intelligence: Teach the system about your brand voice and your “perfect avatar” (target customer).
- Content Creation: Generate reels, long-form articles, and short-form social posts.
- AI Employees: Access specialized AI assistants tailored to specific business tasks.
- The Advantage: Unlike generic AI, LeadMagicX AI already knows who you are and who you are talking to, so the outputs require less editing.
This is your hub for distributing the content you created in the AI.
- Social Planner: Connect and post to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Pages.
- Facebook Personal Profiles: Note that Facebook does not allow direct third-party posting to personal profiles or groups through a CRM.
- The Workaround (Cross-Posting):
- Connect your Instagram account to the CRM Social Planner.
- In your Instagram app, go to Settings > Meta Accounts Center > Connected Experiences.
- Select Share Across Profiles and toggle on Automatically Share Instagram Posts/Stories to your Facebook profile.
- Support: If you want to explore features like email marketing or funnels (covered later in the 7-Figure Influencer roadmap), click the black question mark icon at the top of the CRM for the help center.
The extension is a Chrome-based tool specifically designed for Facebook efficiency.
- Automated Messaging: Send messages to your friends list in “queues.” The system rotates message variations and adds time delays (5–7 minutes) to keep your account safe from “Facebook jail.”
- Birthday Outreach: Automatically send happy birthday messages daily to start fresh organic conversations.
- Profile/Group Posting: Unlike the CRM, the extension can automate posts to your personal profile or specific Facebook groups by using your profile name or group URL.
LeadMagicX is incredibly powerful, but don’t try to learn every feature at once.
Stick to the Roadmap: Focus only on the features Chris mentions in the current stage of your training. These are the “machines” that will get you results the fastest. Once your organic leads are flowing, you can dive deeper into the advanced CRM tools.
